develop the overall Operations project plan for the introduction of your

prototype to production is thoroughly planned (via MS Project) and

develop an overall production test plan/approach for your product. Test stations within the overall plan can
be planned, developed and implemented.

Ø Stress testing and Burn-in
If product
stress testing is required for your product, Auxscient can plan, develop and
implement the process for you.
Auxscient is proficient in all areas of stress testing, from a basic
burn-in test, to QC Life Testing and to a more complicated Hot/Cold

Ø Mechanical design and drafting
Auxscient can
provide basic mechanical design and drafting services. Updating a client’s existing drawings is

Ø Artwork design and drafting
Auxscient
develops the artwork needed for front panels or front panel overlays,

Ø Label planning and design
Auxscient plans
and implements the labeling approach for the product and packaging. Label design documents are generated. Product and packaging label specs are

Ø Assembly procedures
Auxscient
develops and writes the OEM product assembly procedures and work instructions
that will be used by the factory. Most
often a factory will develop their own work instructions, but they always

Auxscient has
developed a number of product related MS Access databases. Some of the common requirements include:

Clients utilizing Auxscient’s Asian manufacturer can also
utilize the manufacturer’s full product design team, including mechanical,
plastics, pcb and circuit design support.
These design services are generally free when accompanied by a regular

Ø DFM/DFT reviews*
Auxscient
commonly provides a first level review of the product design for
manufacturability and testability.
When clients utilize Auxscient’s Asian or domestic manufacturing
source, a second level of review is performed by the manufacturer. These services are free when accompanied
by a Request for Quotation to manufacture either domestically or in

Ø Doc package preparation for
manufacturer*
Auxscient is frequently
utilized to review the product documentation package to insure completeness
for submittal to a manufacturer. Back to top
Ø Failure/root cause analysis
Certain clients
have requested that Auxscient perform product return failure analysis and
root cause identification. Root cause
identification results in manufacturing process corrections that insure the
root cause does not occur again. Auxscient
does not offer product return repair services.
